FAQ:

Question: I have booked and bought tickets but become ill?

Answer: Normally, the ticket is not redeemed. We at Webílaett.se cannot be responsible for the fact that the purchased ticket is redeemed by the responsible facility. For more questions regarding this, we refer to the facility.

Question: My purchase was canceled, how can I get my tickets?

Answer: Have you completed all the steps and got the last page indicating that you succeeded and that your tickets were sent to your email address, then it can happen that you are told that the time limit has been exceeded. There is a time limit for security reasons, which means that you cannot leave / forget the browser in logged-in position on the booking pages so that unauthorized persons do not access your paid tickets. For this reason, the time limit may be exceeded just at the moment you decide to print the tickets. The tickets are always emailed to your registered email address and that you as a registered customer you can log on to my pages and see their tickets there. You can also print out your purchased tickets, and also "resend" them to the registered E-mail address.

Question: The mail with the tickets has not arrived?

Answer: It may be that you have accidentally entered the wrong email address (misspelling etc.). And that some mail providers can take a little longer to deliver the email. Also check your spam folder so the email did not get there.
